The mental health and wellbeing of our pupils throughout lockdown was of paramount importance to the School; twice weekly tutor group meetings as well as PHSE lessons, focused on mental health and wellbeing, continued for our Prep children throughout the period of home learning and were augmented by physical resources distributed by our School Counsellor and mindfulness exercises. We are delighted to share some of these resources with you and hope that you and your children will find them beneficial.
