Year 4 attend the Jewish Living Exhibition at Norwich Cathedral

Year 4 thoroughly enjoyed a Religious Studies trip to Norwich Cathedral to experience the Jewish Living Exhibition. The exhibition gave the children a fascinating insight into Judaism as a living faith, with a particular focus on Norwich’s own Jewish history that dates back as far as Medieval times. A practical exercise handling exhibits helped the children explore aspects of the Jewish way of life, before they were encouraged to compare and contrast the Jewish and Christian ways of worshipping. The children were engrossed in all of the activities and found the Cathedral itself an awe inspiring classroom for the day.
