Salvation Army Visit

Our Year 8 children recently returned to the Salvation Army Citadel to witness a Sunday meeting and to have the chance to meet members of the corps. The children were able to interview local salvationists, seeking their views on a range of contemporary issues. As part of their Religious Studies Common Entrance the children have to present a project of 1500 words which examines a local religious community and their response to a contemporary issue. The comments gleaned from our recent visit are now being woven into their projects. Our thanks go to the members of the citadel for their ongoing support and help.
