Rugby Success

The under 10 boys’ rugby team played in the Norwich invitational last Friday. In the group stages, Town Close beat Wisbech School and Nottingham School, losing narrowly to Norwich resulting in a second place finish and qualification for the cup. A strong semi-final performance against Finborough School saw us through to the final against Norwich School. Both teams showed commitment, skill and courage with Norwich edging it 2-1. A fine achievement to finish runners-up in such a strong competition and the boys should be very proud of their achievement. Congratulations!
