Norfolk Cross Country Championships
Huge congratulations to the Year 7 & 8 runners who represented the School in the Norfolk Cross Country Championships. With races fielding from 70 to over 100 competitors, all of our children ran with huge determination, spirit and sportsmanship and were a credit to the School.
In fields of over 70 runners in the Year 7 race, Lola finished 2nd & Alexis 14th whilst Kit & Tom finished 8th & 9th respectively. In a combined race of Year 8 & 9 competitors, Lottie finished 4th & Lucy 22nd whilst Patterson secured a top 50 finish & James, in spite of injury, courageously ran on to complete the course.
Having secured a top 12 position, Lola, Tom, Kit & Lottie all qualified to represent Norfolk at the Anglian School’s Championships! Well done!
