New Head of Pre Prep

We are delighted to welcome Mrs Melanie Harries as our new head of Pre Prep. Mrs Harries has a BEd with Music from Homerton College, Cambridge and is due to finish her MEd in Educational Leadership from the University of Buckingham in February. Her husband is a professional musician and they have two daughters, both of whom have joined Town Close. Mrs Harries, who has been the Head of the Pre Prep Department at King’s College School Cambridge for the past five years, started her new role at the beginning of the term. She stated, “I am thrilled to be joining the team at Town Close and am enjoying getting to know the children, staff and parents. Do come and introduce yourselves when you can and I look forward to meeting you.”
