The Town Close School Reception children visit Bressingham Steam and Gardens

The Bressingham Steam Museum and Gardens proved to be the perfect location for our Reception children to continue investigating their summer topic of transport! The children visited the locomotive sheds to learn about steam engineering and its impact on society and industry at its introduction, before hopping on to one of the attraction’s own working locomotives for a thrilling journey around their four miles of narrow-gauge steam lines! The children thoroughly enjoyed their meandering trip through the gardens, woodland and countryside and even spotted a few butterflies in the gardens as they passed by!
