Sports Hall

Our high specification Sports Hall was opened in 2009 by Jonathan Agnew, England cricketer, writer and broadcaster.

The hall is used throughout the school day and after school every evening for a wide range of sporting activities by nearly all the children in the Pre Prep and Prep Departments.

The Hall has a sprung timber floor, which provides the perfect surface for sports of all kinds. It measures 33×18 metres, which allows for four full size badminton courts of County standard.

Our children mostly make use of the hall for:

• Badminton
• Basketball
• Cricket nets
• Fencing
• Gymnastics
• Hockey
• Judo
• Tennis
• Trampolining.

Spectators can also enjoy watching various sports and competitions thanks to an extensive viewing gallery.
