Year 7 Geography Field trip to Overstrand

Our Year 7 pupils travelled to Overstrand on Thursday the 28th of June for a geography field trip that focused on coastal management and the effects of longshore drift. Our proximity to the coast offers us a fantastic opportunity to bring theory to life, applying the lessons of the classroom to the first-hand experience of our Norfolk coast and its management. The children were all thoroughly engaged with the activities and relished the opportunity to be out in the fresh air in a beautiful setting.
