Year 2 visit the Bure Valley Railway
Thank you to Bure Valley Railway for hosting our Year 2 children for a fantastic morning of learning linked to their ‘On the Move’ topic work.
Our pupils enjoyed an exciting trip on a steam train before visiting the engine workshop where they learnt about steam engines and boarded a locomotive to explore all of its features. They, also, completed a train themed craft activity before returning to school.
The reasons behind the festive headwear will become clear to us all in due course!!!
