We welcome award winning author A. M. Howell into School
We were delighted to invite pupils from Edith Cavell School and Norwich High School to join us for a visit from award-winning author A.M. Howell who spoke to them and our Years 4, 5 and 6 about her gripping maritime adventure books, Peril on the Atlantic and The Royal Jewel Plot.
All of the children were enthralled as Ann-Marie explained the inspiration behind her books that stemmed from her childhood experiences on boats before she read an excerpt aloud and answered a wide range of questions from the audience.
A wonderful morning with the added bonus of the opportunity to purchase a signed copy to take away to read. With thanks to Ann-Marie, Waterstones, Usborne Publishing and our School Librarian Mrs Guymer for orchestrating the visit.
