Year 7 Poetry by Heart

The Year 7 Poetry by Heart Competition came to its conclusion with our talented finalists performing two poems to an audience of their peers, families and an esteemed judging panel. Visiting Head Judge, Dr Elizabeth Lewis Williams, was extremely impressed with their clarity of enunciation, timing and expression.

Special congratulations to Tessa (1st), Florence (2nd) and Grace (3rd). Recordings of their recitals will now be entered into the National ‘Poetry by Heart’ Competition.
